Activ-Low Fire Clay Natural Kiln Fire Earthenware is a blend of several natural clays and minerals that produces a smooth white talc body with good plasticity.

Great for hand modeling, hand building, slab rolling and can be thrown on a potter's wheel, Activ-Low Fire Clay(tm) is naturally a light gray color when wet yet fires to white.

Firing & Glazing:

• Kiln to maturity at cone 06 and bisque fires at cone 04
• Takes glazes well and can be applied directly to greenware for single firing or to bisqueware with a second glaze firing
• Good for salt firing and raku firing
• Always test fire for glaze compatibility
