Our team packs and prepares online orders daily. Orders are shipped out via Canada Post Monday - Friday. We use recycled packaging and packing materials whenever possible. Thank you for shopping small and supporting our little art supply store dream!
Shipping Rates
Free shipping on orders over $150
Within BC: $15 for orders $174.99 or less
Rest of Canada: $20 for orders $174.99 or less
Pick-up Only for Large Items
We are unable to ship items greater in dimension than 24" x 24" - in-store pick up will be the only option for these.
In Store Pick-Up
Orders are usually ready within 4 hours or next day if the order is after 1:00 pm. You will receive a call or email when your order is ready to pick up.
Order Processing
We will usually ship your order by the next business day. You will receive a tracking number with your order once a label is created.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you create with!
- Unused, unopened items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Special order requests and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
